Let’s collaborate.

Hope that better and socially-diffuse housing outcomes will somehow emerge from economic growth or the market is just that. Thomas Piketty in his book ‘Capital’ rightly points out that attaining such democratic social outcomes requires the creation of specific institutions for that purpose and not reliance on the market or transient parliaments. The ‘third sector’ offers an ideal domain around which to wrap those institutions. Maybe you’re a researcher or academic with an interest in housing policy. Perhaps you’re an established not-for-profit housing provider and could benefit from an independent voice at the table. With an eclectic career in urban and economic development and a research interest in third sector housing, I can offer hands-on practical experience and insights on international best-practice in third sector housing policy and systems. I welcome any contacts that might help unlock research funding. Reach out to discuss how we can collaborate to realise our mutual affordable housing objectives.

Support my research.

I’m passionate about the potential for a strategic, integrated ‘third sector’ housing policy modus vivendi to achieve better, lasting and socially-diffuse outcomes. My research focus is learning about exemplar not-for-profit housing policy interventions and systems that have improved housing access, affordability and quality outcomes and how we can simulate those to positively disrupt the housing sector and shape better future environments. Having ceased my consulting work and committed my energy to what is a neglected area of housing research I value any financial support. You can donate via my Stripe™ secure payment gateway.
